Kindness and Leadership Testimonial

  1. We recognise that a kind leader is defined not just by what they say and do, but by how what they say and do affects those around them. As such each nomination will also need to be supported by two testimonials. These testimonials must come from people who have been impacted by the candidate.
  2. The more specific the testimonial is in terms of how the nominee's kind behaviours have impacted those around them, the stronger the testimonial. We recommend two testimonials to be submitted by two different people to the nominator to strengthen the nomination.
  3. We strongly encourage you to take a look at the Ten Principles of Kindness as a framework of what to include in your nomination.
  4. Please note, we do not accept testimonials for family members.
