All nominators must declare to the best of their knowledge and belief the information provided in their application is true and complete. A judgement on each listee is taken based on this information submitted. The judging panel do not meet or interview the listees themselves.

We are looking for leaders in their fields – those in a position of leadership who can directly affect the culture of the company and industry within which they work. Many of these leaders will have held senior positions within their organisations, however, we are also interested in 'rising stars', those on their way to top leadership positions who also demonstrate a remarkable leadership style.
Your responses will be used for publicity purposes and may be edited by our editorial team.
At least one testimonial must be written by someone other than you, and must include the referee's full name, job title, and organisation - as well as the nominator's.
You can forward our Testimonial form to other referees and we can collate them with the application.
The more specific the testimonial is in terms of how the nominees kind behaviours have impacted those around them, the stronger the testimonial.
